Made edits to the *It was working fine and now I'm getting / I'm still getting the red banner pop-up / I have a new subdomain to submit section.* to help new users (like myself) contribute.

added minor sentence formatting for readability.

added prompt for new contributors to enable https decryption to identify domains

updated 'sort by "/integritychecker/machineevents/v1"' to "/machineevents/" ensuring new domain versions are filtered for (my programs are being blocked by HTTPS endpoints matching /machineevents/v2).

added a clarification around issue blocking on github (my previous account had be restricted for using an anonymous domain)
