Marked ajofrin as BAD_DUMP. Main CPU ROM is underdumped and duped halves.

Seems to be a bad/dirty higher address pin. Needs a redump.
Added notes about these bad dumps in the driver.

2 of 3 sets of the driver are bad dumps....This starts to be annoying.
