jpmimpct: add layout to Cluedo? Murder Mystery Quiz Game (#12879)
* jpmimpct: add layout to cluedo * - widen accusation lamps to make text more readable on 1920x1080 screens - protect against gap between upper and lower suspect lamps * - illuminate text instead of the background for the accusation section of the panel
