More device normalization:

cpu_get_info_* -> device_get_info_*
  cpu_set_info_* -> device_set_info_*
  cpu_reset      -> device_reset

Removed the cputype_get_* macros as they are not necessary.

Removed cpuintrf_init() which is no longer necessary.
