alphatpx.cpp, hp80.cpp: Adjust keyboard mapping.

* alphatpx.cpp: Corrected QWERTZ layout, added u8 qualifier to key names
  with characters outside ASCII.
* hp80.cpp: Added default assignment for KP. and restored PORT_CHAR for
  keypad digits.
