Later board revision, components layout more similar to Naomi 2, was added JP9-JP13 jumpers to configure CN8 serial port type, see below Naomi 2 description.
However, CN8 serial lines uses TTL UART 3V3 voltage levels, not +-12V RS-232C like Naomi 2.

Latest known revision, most notable difference - uses Actel FPGA instead of Altera FLEX.
Main components are later revisions (same as was seen in Sega-made Atomiswave PCB):
HD6417091T - Hitachi SH4 CPU, CPU version register = 0x040206c8, where 06 means it should be 7750S type, but it's not and missing 7750S's expanded features like INTC "Interrupt priority D" register.
315-6318A - HOLLY chipset
315-6258A - video DAC/encoder, (QFP56)
315-6232A - Yamaha AICA SPU (QFP100)
315-6146A - custom Z80-based MCU (QFP176), was verified same firmware as 315-6146.
315-6415 - Actel A54SX08A FPGA
Also known to exist later revison which have replaced Altera FLEX with Actel A54SX08A (315-6415) FPGA and have not populated IC69 93C46 (SN# EEPROM). Other details not known, there might be more differences.
