Discovered that Virtual Mahjong 2 - My Fair Lady currently works,so changed flags GAME_NOT_WORKING to IMPERFECT_GRAPHICS / IMPERFECT_SOUND

and removed an unnecessary hack from the driver.Probably one of Arbee's SCSP changes fixed it.
