Fixed up the flicky and clones (system1.c) Dip Switches after a fair amount of playtesting. Also, added some specific set notes related to oddness/differences observed. [Tafoid]

Flicky sets version notes:
flicky, flickyo
---------------
The both seem to be very similar programs. Difficulty is easier than the S1,S2 sets.
DIPs are also shared 100% with each other.
flickys1, flickys2
------------------
Very noticibly more difficult than the other two sets. DIPs have changes (less lives
and bonus options). There is no screen which shows the bonus lives values like the
other two sets, either. flickys1 allows for DEMO SOUND which none of the others sets
seem to have access to as well as does not looping back during demonstration mode and
staying at one screen continuously (level 5). Protection error or proto?
