dec0.cpp: Correct note about DEM-01 [Caps0ff] (#8942)

It's a Fujitsu MB8421 Dual port SRAM.
Since it's a supported device (src/devices/machine/mb8421.cpp), maybe it should be correctly hooked up on the driver.
