Minor cleanup:

* Don't put full path to target resources in generated version resource
  file.
* apple/sonora.cpp: Only #include "emu.h" as first thing in .cpp file to
  avoid PCH issues.
* taito/rbisland.cpp: Cleaned up a few details.
