mz80b, mz2000: Tinkering around the edges

- Move MZ-80B to mz2000.cpp driver (emulation remains totally broken)
- Overhaul character layouts, creating separate configurations for European and Japanese keyboards (MT #6338)
- Add GRPH characters and kana to key names
