* Removed sound CPU boot hack.
 * Fixed sound CPU reset/halt behavior.
 * Documented controller shift-register protocol and removed inaccurate direct port hookups.
 * Removed P3/P4 ports which don't exist on real hardware.
 * Added save state registration.
