basically an update to r26433
- moved all windows-only input "NOT" rules to osd/windows - changed windows fullscreen video from alt-f11 to shift-alt-f12 - added windows fullscreen toggle ralt-enter (heh, i didn't know that ((A AND B) OR (A AND C)) rules were possible)
