Miscellaneous cleanup:
* ctvboy.xml: "Chitaikuu" (surface-to-air) is one word. * misc/sttechno.cpp: Unsigned integers can't be less than zero. * bus/nubus/thunder4gx.cpp: More const, less c_str.
