asuka.cpp: Fix clock speeds & misc updates (nw)

Both Galmedes & U.N. Defense Force: Earth Joker are chip swaps for Asuka & Asuka so use the Asuka machine config.  Note that both games don't use the OKI MSM5205, but it's still on the PCB.
