Adds readmes for Vivid Dolls, Tower and Shaft, Star Soldier Vanishing Earth, Stone Ball, Sky Lancer, Squash, Winning Spike, Versus Net Soccer, Undercover Cops, War Gods, Space Fever, Strikers 1945, Rohga, Super Eagle Shot, Treasure Hunt (stv), and Tickee Tickats.

Credit Guru.

(This completes adding all of Guru's readmes to the MAME source. There remain ~20 readmes that I still need to compare to what's in MAME to see if they have any additional information, but beyond that, this little project is done!)

Notes:
This version mother board has the game board connectors on top,
meaning the game board plugs in above the mother board. A small
cable feeds the RGB from the game board to the JAMMA connector via
an adapter board for the 1st screen. Another small cable is used
to connect the 2nd RGB output to the 'versus' cabinet/monitor.

This is a non-Sega-manufactured STV cart which works with Japanese and USA bioses.
The cart is mostly the same as the Sega carts, containing not a lot except some ROMs
and logic chips.
On the top side, there are two 27C040 EPROMs and positions for 5 maskROMs, but only 4 of
them are populated. In between the two eproms is an unpopulated position for a TSOP40 flashROM.
On the bottom are locations for 5 maskROMs (none are populated) and also some logic ICs.
