c96889730f Resolve devices specified for vblank/periodic interrupts relative to the 
owner device, not the device itself, to make it consistent with devcb2
patterns. This change is mostly hidden since most drivers use 
MCFG_DEVICE_VBLANK_INT_DRIVER and MCFG_DEVICE_PERIODIC_INT_DRIVER. But
for those few cases where a device was explicitly specified, it reduces
the awkwardness.

We should probably standardize this when using device_delegates for
consistency.

A full rebuild is necessary after taking this change, since the macros
mentioned above have changed their parameters.

46ed352fcc meritm.c: Gave each Pit Boss series it's own dipswitches. Filled in what could be determined through game play. Added optional button for some games to Clear High Score or Calibrate Touchscreen. Add documentation about custom (regional) versions of Superstar / Supertouch 30 sets. 7b26917092 it appears we have 2 copies of half the Konami chips, when they were previously modernized they got copy+pasted in two, and each implementation has gone it's own way, probably because nobody realised. 
this brings the old code for the chip I was looking at into the same files at least, so we can do a fresh modernization pass on it, and hopefully merge it down and undo the damage.

  - Replaced hellfire2a Z80 ROM with correct one from parent set
  - Replaced truxton Z80 ROM with correctly sized one
  - Corrected Z80 address map (RAM size is only 2KB)
  - Fixed dip switches and inputs (after verification of the M68000
    and Z80 code) in hellfire and clones
  - Made some more additions and fixed some errors in Stephh's notes
  - Corrected manufacturer name for zerowing2
  - Corrected ROM names in twincobr and clones
  - Added more information about TMS32010 MCUs to comments in twincobr.c
  - Removed outdated comments from slapfght.c
