it appears we have 2 copies of half the Konami chips, when they were previously modernized they got copy+pasted in two, and each implementation has gone it's own way, probably because nobody realised.
...
this brings the old code for the chip I was looking at into the same files at least, so we can do a fresh modernization pass on it, and hopefully merge it down and undo the damage.
