use spaces in xml comments. This is the output from a local srcclean change applied after reverting the 0.148 cleanup, to avoid losing previous formatting.

Replace most fullwidth characters in Japanese software lists - they exist for backwards compatibility and there is generally no good reason to use them nowadays (nw)
...
Also replaced combining dakuten with precomposed forms and made a few romanization tweaks
