Aaron Giles 0c36b8a743 adds the (not very interesting) locomotion bootleg to rallyx driver. ... seems to be based on the cottong bootleg already supported, it was on citylan as a 'blister' dump, program roms only, works best with the other roms from cottong and the program is closest to that.
