Paul Priest 49a12ffcd4 Add support for Mahjong panel for mjgtaste. Makes this the default input and alters the default eeprom accordingly to match factory default. Note that you need to change both the game and the controller setting from the driver configuration when switching input sources since the two are mutually exclusive.
