.gitattributes	Made Kaneko's grap2 (rle blitter + framebuffer) a device, cleaning up some code in galpani3 in the process given that it has 3 of the things. Moved some unique looking games to mpu4misc.c. Sifting through the remaining mpu4 sets, sorting by behavior / looking at the roms to try and get better groupings, moved one or two things around and added comments based on this.
