Patrick Mackinlay fc86a4ab09 mips: new skeleton driver ... A driver for machines made by MIPS Computer Systems, which used MIPS R2000, R3000 and R6000 CPUs and ran RISC/os (a port of UNIX System V Release 3). Initial focus is the RC2030 headless workstation.
