# MSX-BASIC

## Source codes of Microsoft BASIC v2 for MSX System v3.0.

- I tried to keep the original label names as they are in the source codes published by Microsoft.
- There is only BASIC source code (at 0x2680..0x7fff adresses). All other references defined as equates in appropriate *.inc files.
- To rebuild information about object names, used:
    - [MSX2 Technical Handbook](https://github.com/Konamiman/msx2-Technical-Handbook) by __Konamiman__.
    - [msx-system](https://github.com/apoloval/msx-system) repository by __apoloval__.

## Compile

Code is located in memory at address: 

   sjasmplus --sld=mb.sld --sym=mb.labels --raw=mb.obj --fullpath mb.asm

To compile sources, use [sjasmplus Z80 assembler](https://github.com/z00m128/sjasmplus).
