Before pushing, please check that what you're about to push is sane.
Check your local commit log and ensure there isn't anything out-of-place
before pushing to mainline. When things like this happen, it wastes
everyone's time. I really don't need this in a week when real work™ is
busting my balls and I'm behind where I want to be with preparing for
MAME release.

* Latest TOSEC additions
These changes add most of the DSKs featured in the latest TOSEC DAT files which, according to Lady Eklipse, include all files that were in TOSEC and all files from www.worldofspectrum.org which were never in TOSEC before. Which file and update they come from is commented for each entry, so that they can be consulted.
Files removed:
- Files marked as "bad dumps" which have a "good" parent set.
- Trained games, except for a "cheat version" of Neighbours which may have come from the original developers.
- 80-track (3.5'') disk images.
- Files generated with the ZXZVM interpreter.
- Games from the Crap Games Competition.
All the DSK files which have a corresponding IPF have been labeled as "alt" clones until they're confirmed to come from the exact same release and can be safely removed (there's an added disclaimer about it in each of these entries, to make them easy to locate).
Other alt versions not in World of Spectrum have been kept for the same reason, since the exact source of each file doesn't seem to be properly documented anywhere, which means they'd need some research before a safe removal.
Notes about the known DSK dumps:
-Some dumps may come with an empty Side B, which is technically correct for games which were released with an empty side on purpose. These were usually labeled as "Sin grabar para tu uso" ("Unrecorded for your use") in many Spanish releases.
-Some of the "master disks" from Zeppelin Games share the same file (same SHA-1) for their Side B. This has been verified against the downloads available in World of Spectrum.
-A few releases had a version for a different system on the other side. These have been commented out but not removed, for reference.
I'm listing here some unofficial/homebrew disk collections which may or may not qualify to be included, so that you can decide their fate:
"Javier Herrera Games Collection": A bunch of well-known commercial games put in many disks.
"Jesus Tejero Software Collection": 48K games ported to many disks.
"Jesus Tejero Tools Collection": This disks include a bunch of utilities for +3 disks such as an "autoload sector creator", some of which I haven't found outside the compilations. Might be useful when testing disk emulation?
"MicroByte - Serie Clasicos Spectrum": Disk copies of the "Clásicos Spectrum" collection of 48K/16K cassettes. I don't think any of them were officially made available in disk form.
"Recopilacion Vives": Disk ports of three unreleased games which also have their own TZX already.
"Complex Oldfield Trilogy": This lets you choose between three Mike Oldfield albums, loads a title screen depending on which you chose and plays renditions of the tracks in them.
"Gary Lancaster Tools Collection": I can't load this one, maybe it has some copy protection or something. Haven't found any info about it.

Let's! TV Play Super Spot! Rolling Tamagotchi (Japan) [Sean Riddle, Peter Wilhelmsen]
Zeus IG900 20-in-1 (US?) [Sean Riddle, Peter Wilhelmsen]
Tamagotchi needs inputs etc. verifying (they kinda work, but not very well) and probably seeprom fixes if it's anything like the rest.
Zeus is encrypted / scrambled, probably not too complex, but annoying. Some of the games are the same as Zone60 and the Vii 10in1 etc.

* Added a few more entries
* Corrected title capitalization on a number of titles; this, too, will likely end up being a long term project.
* Add compatibility placeholders. We don't have any details on most (if any) of these disks. That's secondary to getting them documented, though.
* Remove superfluous compatibility tags (nw)

jakks_gamekey_nm:nrxdig New Rally X & Dig Dug [Sean Riddle, Peter Wilhelmsen, 19 external donators]

Wheel of Fortune (JAKKS Pacific TV Game, Game-Key Ready) [Sean Riddle, 20 external donators]
There is a video rendering glitch (lkely another off by x lines raster issue) causing the letter selection text to not render properly, it appears the letters scroll instead of the text scroller below, which doesn't. (nw)
-spg2xx: Make rowscroll offset configurable, can't find register to control it, but JAKKS games need 0, while the chinese stuff needs 15 (nw)
-jak_wof: Marked as working, analog wheel isn't emulated, but is optional (I don't see where / how it maps) (nw)
-jak_wof: Improved inputs (nw)
-gamekeys now save to the gamekey seeprom not the system one (nw)

Let's TV Play Naruto [Peter Wilhelmsen, Sean Riddle]
This is another XaviX2 thing.
Okay, let's try this again.
* Moved Impossible Mission to correct location in softlist
* Added 4AM original WOZ images up to Feb 7th, 2019
* Split apple2.xml into apple2_flop_clcracked.xml and apple2_flop_misc.xml
* Changes Apple 2 drivers to support the split softlists. Note there's no compatibility metadata for the older content, so we can't easily filter to the machine type there.
Remaining to be done:
* Sort the clean cracks list alphabetically
* Add 2000+ remaining 4AM clean cracks
I've gone over this PR about three times before commiting on my side just to make sure I didn't miss any major issues, including -valid checks.

c2color note: Again the internal ROM isn't dumped, but we need the placeholder driver for the software list hookup, 2 carts are dumped. (nw)
-vsmile: Added softlist loading for some of the trickier vsmile cases based on new dumps from Sean Riddle. Note, the Vsmile Motion game is 16MB so clearly needs some kind of banking. (nw)

also refactored the spg110 stuff to be closer to spg2xx, which regresses things a bit for now due to differences, but only thing using it is the in-progress jak_capb emulation I'm working on. sharing the code doesn't seem practical due to all the subtle differences, so needs working out like this for now at least.
