baf6a9cd0b 680x0 FPU updates [R. Belmont]
- Rewritten to use SoftFloat instead of unportable native FP math
- Support added for Motorola 96-bit extended floats
- More addressing modes and conditions supported

The taitojc games function identically to the old implementation (I stepped
through the main matrix multiply in dendeg and the registers never diverged)
and speed on Core 2 Duo is a wash - sometimes softfloat's faster, sometimes
not, but the difference on -str 90 never exceeded 1%.

Subject: [patch] Add some missing static qualifiers

Hi mamedev,

This patch mostly adds missing static qualifiers, plus a few related header/name adjustments. In particular, I tackled m68kmake.c and tmsmake.c which exposed a fair amount of dead code.

31ae2af798 "Pointer"-ified the 68000. What a mess!
There are a few remaining globals; we'll get them later.

1daf41e218 Final CPU header updates. Mostly just re-naming the re-inclusions.
The structures/names were getting too complex for my macros to handle. They would require hand editing and my computer is too slow to keep re-compiling.

Passes a clean compile.
