tagged all the decocass.cpp sets as US / Japan based on which bios type they use (A = Japan, B = US/World, they aren't compatible, using the wrong one will give a loading error)
...
note cbnj is for type B, so was incorrectly tagged as Japan (or has been hacked)

make the different decocass bios roms actually selectable.
...
also add ocean to ocean, which fails with all bios roms because it doesn't decrypted properly, to be investigated, will credit once works.

seems to be older than the parent (still has a 1989 date) but newer than the other sets (sound rom matches parent, attract cycle matches parent) so added it as set 2.
old set 2 becomes set 3
old set 3 becomes set 4
old set 4 becomes set 5
I've asked if the other roms can be dumped so we can use the proper rom labels for the gfx.

note, these might actually just be Korean versions rather than prototypes. This one is encrypted unlike the other, but same 'cheap' looking PCB with typical Korean parts mixed with the original NMK customs.
