The "F1 Triple Battle" cart ID was reverse-engineered by System11.
It has such a specific set of inputs required to start the game in 1p or 2p mode that it was easy to isolate the correct string from the 200+
defined in the data tables.

This effectively reverts b380514764 and
c24473ddff, restoring the state at
598cd52272.
Before pushing, please check that what you're about to push is sane.
Check your local commit log and ensure there isn't anything out-of-place
before pushing to mainline. When things like this happen, it wastes
everyone's time. I really don't need this in a week when real work™ is
busting my balls and I'm behind where I want to be with preparing for
MAME release.

* Trimmed the ROM when the splitted data matches the PCE HuCard dump (on the PCE softlist).
* When it's the same, unified the ROM name with the PCE softlist.
* Marked the TourVisión dumps that do not fully match any known PCE ROM.
* Fixed some ROM area sizes.
* Added "alt_title" info.
* Removed Parasol Stars (rumored, but not actually dumped).
* Checked and splitted also the 1MB -> 384KB dumps (nw)
Also renamed outrun to outruna [Out Run (alt)], as it's different from the PCE ROM.
* Rename pcgenj -> pcgenja (nw)
* pce_tourvision.xml: Add game IDs as a "feature" (nw)
Game IDs are relevant to the emulation, and should be on the XML, not on comments.
Also updated the comments on missing games and missing IDs.
* Removed "Money In The Sky II" from undumped games list (it's really "Hani on the Road") (nw)
