Roberto Fresca 34ba5b8ab4 Improvements to goldstar.c driver: ... - Added another set of Cherry Bonus III. - Reworked and cleaned ncb3, cb3a, lucky8 and lucky8a inputs. - Added the 2nd set of controls to the above games. - Removed the OKI references from machine driver and rom load for the above games. - Promoted ncb3 and cb3a to working status. - Reparented sets.
