Intel documentation is conflicting, which prompted osdev to claim that 128k dma was impossible. Masking the lowest bit of the page instead of the upper bit of the address makes more sense and it does also fix the issue with SB16 diagnose.exe playing silence. [smf]

cninja.cpp: some work on cninjabl2. It now shows the tilemap layers and plays SFX. Still missing sprites, some tilemaps have wrong offsets and misses oki banking. Also not really convinced the PCB had all the sound chips (nw)
