Allows bus error handlers on BK to deal with interrupt from STOP key
(causes a HALT-mode IRQ and triggers access to unmapped region at 177674).
* cpu/t11: Changed PC display to octal.
* machine/pdp11.h: Made clear_virq/raise_virq safer.
* ussr/bk_m.cpp: Suppress side effects for debugger reads.
