segacd.xml: Fixed duplicate SHA1 hash (ecco2a, eternalc) which turned out to be both Ecco The Dolphin. Reacquired/re-CHD'd both Eternal Champion sets resulting in different hashes than listed. Also, fixed parent/clone relationship for those sets. [Tafoid]
