the extra rom in this set is near the tx roms on the PCB, and decodes as tx rom, but I'm not sure when it actually gets used even after cheating my way through the game, need to investigate further

806e0a05d3 (MESS) MT05721: Apply Enik Land's refresh rate workaround so that we pass FluBBa's SMS VDP tests. [Justin Kerk] 
Can be removed if the rounding issues with MCFG_SCREEN_RAW_PARAMS are fixed in the future.
Tests still fail for Game Gear and some of the clones (e.g. Korean sets) but they didn't pass before either, and it's not clear if they're supposed to.

79ed044ec2 (MESS) pce/tg16: added default values for pre-formatted BRAM. you could 
obtain the same result by launching PCE or TG-16 with the CD-SYSTEM
cart and entering the BRAM configuration menu (by pressing Select), but
it makes sense to be more user-friendly in this case. [Fabio Priuli]
