fix errant missing ROM_END and correct information about growth proms for space lords. The 1st print manual does show the growth proms as those from Moto Frenzy, but then goes on to list all EPROMs and those from Moto Frenzy

- 0.78u1: Nicola Salmoria renamed (kaitei) to (kaiteik) and (kaitein) to (kaitei). I don't recall if this was already discussed, but I believe kaiteik is a prototype developed by a third party and sold to Namco, where it was completely rewritten.

atarigx2.c: Rearranged the parent/clone relationship for the Road Riot's Revenge sets based on the date listed in the test menu. Added the growth proms to other Space Lords set as the German version had them included. Renamed them to the "136095" code used by Space Lords and added a note about not being dumped from the actual PCB.
