disable active raster interrupts if raster interrupt enable is turned off, and add preliminary shifter register emulation, needed for 3D stages in Gururin World [David Haywood]
(Pro Headset works as well as other e-Kara stuff, marked as NOT WORKING due to lack of microphone and sound emulation issues, Super Dash Ball needs trackballs hooking up, Gururin World needs analog cycle looking up)

* new NOT WORKING ClickStart [Sean Riddle, Clawgrip, TeamEurope] + a Software List for it
seems to be something missing, jumps to outside of code area, maybe secondary small internal ROM of CPU. I did think the dumps were half size for various reasons, but there is a checksum in the footer of each one that matches the data (even if another checksum in the header for some of them we can't match) Possible BIOS is wrong tho as that checksum in the footer doesn't match by quite a significant amount.
most games show something just by putting a 'RET' opcode in the upper areas it attempts to jump to.
Ryan credited in driver since it's more or less just a stripped down copy of vsmile.cpp

ekara_japan_sp.xml: sp02 (SP-02) [Sean Riddle, David Haywood] (need to establish full title)
also split the ekara software list up a bit so they're easier / more logical as different carts are meant for different devices; the popira unit can use the 'GC' carts for example.
Dance Dance Revolution Family Mat and Popira are actually playable, but until I fix the timers in the driver the music is half speed like the e-kara stuff, and because these are music games, they're being eft as NOT WORKING until I sort that out.

details of some of them to be filled in once I have cart scans, and in some cases a translation. the e-kara web thing is probably useless these days as it was meant to work with PC software (there's an MCU + USB interface in the unit) to transfer downloaded songs etc. from a specific service into the cartridge for use on the system, and like many of these online services from 15+ years ago, the listed site no longer resolves.

"chestfld" alt_title must have been incorrectly copied from a sales listing as the subtitle read "without box or instructions". Replaced with correct subtitle.
Added an extra dot to "touch" subtitle to match what is printed on the instruction manual. The box cover only shows one dot but this is due to the line break after the word "of". In Japanese orthography the dots are certainly optional but mixing the dots and no-dots in the same phrase looks awkward.

* Make more #include guards follow standard format - using MAME_ as the prefix makes it easy to see which ones come from our code in a preprocessor dump, and having both src/devices/machine/foo.h and src/mame/machine/foo.h causes issues anyway
* Get #include "emu.h" out of headers - it should only be the first thing in a complilation unit or we get differences in behaviour with PCH on/off
* Add out-of-line destructors to some devices - it forces the compiler to instantiate the vtable in a certain location and avoids some non-deterministic compiler behaviours

- Re-tested all software entries with video/audio issues, after the latest emulation improvements. Around 70% of them are considered "working" now.
- Demoted Miamisoft's games to non-working since they seem to hang randomly (it probably already happened before, I just didn't realize it).
- Tested some software entries on real hardware (PC-9821Nw150) to make sure the issues are emulation-related.
- Some minor title spelling fixes.
